Vegan Cinnamon Pancakes

Vegan doesn't mean without taste! Try this recipe out and let me know what you think!

Serving size: 6-8 medium sized pancakes


1 1/2 cups Ripple Unsweetened Vanilla milk

2 tbsp Just Egg

2 cups unbleached all purpose flour, sifted

3 tbsp of sugar

1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp pink Himalayan salt

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tbsp cinnamon

1/8 cup vegetable oil

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl or mixer. Blend until smooth.

2. Over medium heat, add 1 tsp vegetable oil to pan.

3. Once heated pour your pancake mix, flipping once brown on one side.

If you want to be fancy, use a little heart cookie maker like the one above and add some excitement to the kids plates. You can cut them after as well if you dont have a heat resistant cookie cutter.

4. Repeat.

Serve with Maple Syrup and Enjoy!
