Taco Soup Serves 6 Ingredients: 1 can whole kernel white corn 1 can while kernel yellow corn 2 cans organic black beans 2 cans organic pinto beans 1 can red kidney beans 1 can No Salt added Fire Roasted Tomatoes 1 package of Gardein Meatless ground 2 tbsp of Ranch Salad and Dressing seasoning (Hidden Valley is my fave) 2 tbsp of Taco Seasoning (Badia has the best) 1 tsp Chef Gone Mad Smoked Garlic and Herb 1/2 tsp of black pepper 1/2 tbsp of fresh or dried cilantro 1. Drain and rinse the black, pinto and kidney beans. 2. Add the beans and the rest of the ingredients to a Dutch oven (include the juice from the tomatoes and corn) 2. Bring to a boil then simmer for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking (Taste your soup and add more taco seasoning or more ranch to your liking.) 3. Simmer for 15 more minutes or until meatless meat is cooked throughly. 4. Serve with normal taco toppings such as cheese, sour cream, avacado or however you do "Taccccoooooo Tueeesssddaaayyy" in my LeBron voice. Easy Peasy! Enjoy!
