Bang Bang Cod Nuggets

Serving Size: 4

Cod Nuggets:

  • 3 - 4.5 oz Cod loins

  • 2 tsp of lemon juice

  • ½ tbsp Badia Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp of Chef Gone Mad Cajun seasoning

  • ½ tbsp Webers Garlic Jalapeno

  • ½ tsp Badia Lemon Pepper

  • Louisiana seasoned beer batter mix

Bang Bang Sauce:

  • ½ cup of mayonnaise

  • ¼ cup sriracha

  • 4 tsp rice vinegar

  • 2 tsp of sweet chili sauce

  • Green onions

  1. Rinse Loins thoroughly

  2. Cut into 1-inch cubes

  3. Put in a bowl and toss in lemon juice, Badia Garlic Powder, CGM cajun seasoning, Webers Garlic Jalapeno, Badia lemon pepper.

  4. Refrigerate for at LEAST 30 minutes

  5. Once done, follow the directions Louisiana season beer batter seafood mix

  6. Dip nuggets inside batter and fry.

  7. Mix in a separate bowl: mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, rice vinegar, and sweet chili sauce.

  8. Mix and coat fried cod nuggets in sauce

  9. Top with Green onions
